Moon Cake Festival

Tanglong day is coming again – Chinese calendar 15th of August – is tomorrow! I miss my childhood with my little buddies, carrying different shape of tanglong – the candle light type, walking through every places in the village at night time and then went home with just the tanglong’s holder ( because the paper tanglong was burn ). Haha…So happy and funny.

The must food for tanglong festival, of course is moon cake. Small kids grown up, tanglong’s type changed from paper made to battery type, moon cake changed from traditional taste to variety, everything keep changing. Well, I just wish everyone would have a good time with beloved family during this moon cake festival ^-^

I was so touched when heard this song. I know this is a very famous song but I don't know whose the singer & the exactly title of the song ( I eventually found the name of the song on 04-Jan-08 ). As I know, this is a great song that I've learn since yesterday. Here are the lyrics that I job down while listening to the song.

Do Nothing? or Do Something?

My boss used to buy newspaper everyday & brings to office, so that I could read it. But since he has moved ( house ), I got to buy it by myself. RM1.30 per day, RM9.10 per week & RM36.40 per month; quite a big amount as I always though. So, to make it worthier, I read almost every column in the newspaper.

The found of today – Do Nothing or Do Something?

"If you do nothing and let the life just goes by, let the fate decide, there will definitely the same to the end."

"If you try to do something or even try harder, who knows, maybe some changes could be made."

The author learn it from an Italian movie called “The Best of Youth”, a story of a doctor who has “Do Something” to change his troublesome life. After read the story, I know, I must do something. No matter how the result is going to be, at least I tried.

Sleepless Night

It was such a long night. I probably just slept for 3 hours. When I was able to sleep deeper, it was almost time to wake up. That’s why I am so very sleepy & tired this morning until I can’t even open my eyes.

So many things were running in my mind. I don’t know why? Maybe think too much these days. I laid in my bed with my eyes open & the below questions keep me awake for the whole night :~

1.) What is this life for? Eat, work, sleep & then eat, work, sleep again?
2.) How long I have to work to save enough for my world travel plan, to settle my car loan & study loan, to have a new house, new dress, new………
3.) What should I do with my present “steady” job? Stays remain or jump out?
4.) Why am I so afraid of my 30’s? Partner or marriage? ( Maybe too many friends are getting married. )
5.) What I actually want to do & achieve the most in my life?

I am lost with all my confusions. Maybe it was too much coffee & tea yesterday. I wish I can go home & have a good sleep now. What’s a long day to go again.

Last night was the final. Here comes the conclusion. The beauties are not just pretty but they got brain too. The geeks are not just knowledgeable but they could be gorgeous too. I love this show because it is great to see how they change from the beginning to the end. Change of look, self-confidence & personality.

Coin is Not Money?

Bon bon bon……. Everytime when Bobo ( my 3 years old niece ) heard the motorbike’s horn, she would runs to her grandma ( my mum ) and shout “Roti, roti. Want to buy?” Yesterday she did the same.

Grandma : Oh, I don’t have enough money. Could you go & get a dollar from your aunt ( me )?

Bobo : Ok, ok.
( She runs straight away into my room & spread her little hand with her cute face. )

Bobo : Grandma needs one dollar to buy bread. ( She waits patiently. )

Me : Ok, here you are. ( I gave her two 50 cents coins & she hold it tightly. But she keep standing there & waiting. )

Bobo : Money please? ( She look at me with her innocent eyes & ask again. )

Me : What? I gave you! That’s money. ( I pointed to the coins on her hand. )

Bobo : ( She was confused. ) No, grandma needs “money” to buy bread! ( She spoke impatiently. )

Me : 50cents + 50cents = 1 dollar. This is money. You can buy bread with “this” money.

Bobo : This is money? So, give it to grandma? ( She still staring at the paper money in my purse. )

Me : Yesssssss. >o<

Bobo : Ooooo, ok.

My niece thought the coins are for her to play & no value. Only paper money is money, which used to buy things. Kid oh kids! Sometimes, she really made me laugh out of loud….. ^o^

Nice Matters Award

I have got an Award - Nice Matters Award. Oh thank you very much Snoopy. It is so nice of you. I would like to take this opportunity to thanks my mum & dad ( for giving me such a great chance to see this wonderful world ), my sisters & brother ( for accompany me always ), my lovely friends ( for being there with me & most important is sending me all nice stuffs ) & etc. Thank you so much for all your supports. I will work harder & won't dissapoint your hopes towards me.......Oopss......Did I get an Oscar's Awards? haha......Sorry I am over. Too excited when get to know I was awarded.

My friends always send me some nice attachments and I used to delete it because of the limited space. When Snoopy opened my mind with this blog, I came out with an idea to keep all those nice articles, pictures, words, advices & etc here. To be read and admired whenever I want to and share with everyone who visits to my blog ( even just few of them ).

Sharing funny things is just like sharing happiness. I love to make people laugh even I don't have good sense of humour. Good luck & happy always ^-^

Late Better Than Never

Something came into my mind this morning and really scared & made me feel guilty.

I was on my way home from my tuition class on last Saturday. Day was getting late and I was thinking to get home soonest. Well, I always drive steadily even I am in hurry. No speedy. But I always can’t assume when the light is going to turn red. Thought it would be stays green but I always “slightly” missed the green.

Even nothing happen and I don’t know how many times I can be so lucky. I started to scare when I recall this incident & thinking of how many accidents caused by irresponsible driver. I don’t want to be one of them!

Never ever do that again. I told myself. Better late than never. I will definitely keep in mind.
