Tanglong day is coming again – Chinese calendar 15th of August – is tomorrow! I miss my childhood with my little buddies, carrying different shape of tanglong – the candle light type, walking through every places in the village at night time and then went home with just the tanglong’s holder ( because the paper tanglong was burn ). Haha…So happy and funny.
The must food for tanglong festival, of course is moon cake. Small kids grown up, tanglong’s type changed from paper made to battery type, moon cake changed from traditional taste to variety, everything keep changing. Well, I just wish everyone would have a good time with beloved family during this moon cake festival ^-^

ahhh sounds like an interesting festival. u have pix of this paper tanglong and ahhhmmm ofcourse the little girl carrying it her buddies :))
wat exactly do u do on this moon cake festival day?
We will carry lantern, eating mooncake & having tea with our family members & friends during this festival ^-^
