My parent & I went to our ex-neighbour’s Deepavali open house on last Saturday night. They have moved to new house since 3 years ago but we still keep in touch & visit to each other house during New Year.
As usual, we went to their house this Deepavali. The family has mother, father, 4 daughters ( but 1 passed away ) & a son. Both the mother & father were sick. They still could recognize us but hardly to talk. We felt so sorry for them when get to know their situation is getting worse. Anyhow, they were so happy to see us & had warm welcomed us with all kind of tasty food.
There is nothing much we can do for them but visiting & seeing each other more often could mean so much even we are just friend or old neighbour. Who knows, we might in the same situation when we get older.
